Mission

• there are many kind of professionals working in Sosaec: Ingeneers(construction),foremen,housseman,educators,health agents,mechanic,painters,translators,traductors,nurses,electricians,photographers,architech,informaticians,.and yes,I do have social worker.I have LifeClinic and New Living Waters Ministry as partners.as for the sponsors, we are supporting by friends, and from the year of 2010 to 2011 I had OM USA and Curacao sponsored the SHG project for the ladies and OM Caribbean ( the staff from Curacao sponsored our school for kids in Haiti).

 

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

General Information

• SOSAEC HAITI is working in Port-au-Prince,Haiti and to the country side.We are helping children and communities in Haiti,Presently,we're helping 270 children.we have school for kids,sponsorship,English lesson,SHG Project for ladies(small business owners),Arts Project(Carvings),Churc assistances,Health assistances,Training seminars,etc. We founded in November 16,2007.we welcomed several teams fro...m overseas in Haiti,they come from Curacao,France,Texas,Pennstate,Ohio,etc. They having VBS with children,Medical Team,Seminars of all kind,those coming to visit and buy arts,we go and visit other areas with them,spend time to other parts of Haiti with them to experience etc. Well,yes,it is possible to make internship in SOSAEC and you're so welcome in Haiti.

TRIP TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

SOSAEC HAITI has a trip to Dominican Republic specialy in Urguey, a tourist area. We will travel there January 24th, 2013 to have VBS with children there with 3 different churches there. a fee of $ 400 USD, it will cover your transportation, feeding, housing and visa if needed! TOILET FOR THE CHILDREN IN THE SCHOOL

We finaly put the toilet in the school for the children, the blue thing is a container for water to flush the toilet for now until we fix everything.

THE CLOSING OF SOSAEC HAITI

We had another painting and drawing day in the new school  in order to prepare the re-opening of the school. But we still have basic needs to buy plastic for the roof, woods to make benches and supplies to setup the blackboards.

 

TENT BUILD

The Staff of SOSAEC HAITI woke up early in the morning at 7 am in order to build the tent for school. These woods were provided by OM USA (The Team from Curacao) in 2010 after the earthquake in Haiti. They were visited the school and saw this great need and decided to build the tent for the school. Now, We move these woods to the new school.We are about to cover the roof with plastic until we have the means to cover it with sheet metal.We found a plastic from a friend and He gave it to us but it isn't enough to cover all around the tent as you can see in the pictures posting here and in anyway we should start working with the children on monday, we also have other issue: we have benches that can only seat 18 children, It seems we will have a difficulties  with the  school but We have faith!

 

TRAINING WITH TEACHERS

October 7th, 2012 at 12 pm to 4 pm SOSAEC HAITI had a training with the teachers before re-open the school on the October 8th, 2012. The Trainer came from downtown, He is friend with us and decided to offered his service to us! Thank you Lord.

 

VISIT TO THE COUNTRY SIDE

The Founder of SOSAEC HAITI, Jean Charles Jean William, say Thank you to all of his friends for their prayers during his trip this morning to the South East of Haiti. He had an emergency to go to the country side this morning in order to met with 120 students that he was helping in a government school three years ago.He spent 6 hours with them and 10 minutes with the Principal and now, He is home in Carrefour area. at 5h 30 pm he will go to church for Bible Study. Here's a picture of the student he took there.

SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION

Today is Friday, The Staff of SOSAEC HAITI met together this morning at 6 am and had done a lot of work with the construction of the New School in Carrefour area-Haiti. We post these pictures in order to see where we are with the construction.So, The school had to reopen on monday, October 1st, 2012 but we are not ready. Our plan now is to put a tent on it and start the school the next monday. And as soon as we have resouces then we will do something more with it, there's no school during weekend, so if w have materials while school is working then we will use the weekend to do something on! We thank God for this good steps with the construction.

SUPPORT TEACHERS' SALARY

May the Peace of God be with you! I’m pleased to write you today in order to see how if you are able to contribute with us to pay the teacher’s salary in our unpaid school for kids in Haiti.

We need 6000 $ USD every year to pay 6 teachers per month. Any contribution you can send us will complete with others that will send theirs to us especially for this purpose!

FUNDING

This is how the construction of the SOSAEC HAITI school is for now. We count that 542 $ USD already spend in it. A picture is sending with this note in order to have an idea.

 

FAVOR TO CHILDREN

Tomorrow morning at 6 am the Founder of SOSAEC HAITI, Brother Jean Charles Jean William, will travel to the South East of Haiti known on the name of "Mango Jeremy" in order to meet with a principal of a school there. The purpose of this meeting is to give access to many children in that area that can not pay to go to school. So, Jean Charles sent a request to the principal of that school to ask a favor for these children to have access to that school freely, they are about 15 children. So, the principal of that school accepted the request from Jean Charles and He would like to meet with Jean Charles, This is why Jean Charles will travel tomorrow morning and get back in Carrefour area in the afternoon. To God be all the Glory!

INVITATION TO THE 5th ANNIVERSARY OF SOSAEC HAITI

Hello all. How are you? Here's an idea on how the 5th Anniversary of SOSAEC HAITI  will be in November 2012. For Carrefour area, November 16, 2012 we will gather 100 children and 50 guests in that day. We will serve something to drink, Champagne etc... We will have children group to sing, Telling about SOSAEC HAITI, the Pastor of my church will say something, some of the guests will also do something ( If you are coming in Haiti for the anniversary then please tell me what do you like you to do during that day too in order to write down the program), We will also have the SOSAEC Haiti Boutique Shop that will make crafts exhibition, We will have many different things in that day! So, the children will have the honor. The same program will do in Petit Harpon to the South East of Haiti as you knew that I'm running my ministry there too. S0, we will leave Carrefour area in November 17th, 2012 with  a renting mini bus to go there in Petit Harpon, there are a lot of view there up the mountains in Petit Harpon,so bring your Camera with you! Well,for the program there in Petit Harpon we will have 170 children and 50 guests too. Petit Harpon, November 17th, 18th and 19th. If you are in Haiti, send us a message if you will be there with us and if you are overseas leave a message too in order to know how many people will be with us, we ask no fee for any things! This man is from my community and He came early this morning home and woke me up from bed to tell me He wants to help me having some more stones for the construction of the school. MOVIE FOR THE CHILDREN

This is Pastor Henry Couser,from OM USA, He organized a movie for the children of SOSAEC HAITI, The movie was about Jesus and after the movie several children came to know God!
