This afternoon, Laura Van Dessel and Jean Charles went to Manaika's Home for a visit and spent time with her in order to helped her writing a letter to her sponsor etc. Manaika is sponsored by Lori Snyder Bickford and Michael L Wagner.

National Education Ministry

SOSAEC HAITI assisted a student at the main office of National Education Ministry in Port-au-Prince this morning. Praise God! To God be all the Glory!!!

REQUEST FROM A STUDENT

Yesterday, SOSAEC HAITI received a request from a student in the North of Haiti mentioned if we can assist him to get his High School Diplomas from the main office of National Education Ministry in Port-au-Prince. Praise God, This morning, Laura Van Dessel and Jean Charles went to the Ministry office and we finaly receive all the Diplomas with other papers for him. To God be all the Glory!!!
Now, tomorrow morning, we will have to call him in order to know what day he will be able to come in SOSAEC HAITI for delivery....

VISITING THE CHILDREN

This afternoon, Laura Van Dessel and Jean Charles went to visit Michelove Lamarre home. Michelove is one child sponsored by Lesley Gayle Suttile in SOSAEC HAITI.

This afternoon, Jean Charles went to one member of SOSAEC HAITI's home for a visit cause the member gonna leave Haiti for many years next week. May he continued to be the vessel of God everywhere,in Jesus Name.

This is Geraldine,the one sponsoring by Rachael Gochenour Bramble.So, the time we went to her home to delivered things that her sponsor sent, we went with Laura Van Dessel, Laura is one student coming from Belgium for a three months of Internship in SOSAEC HAITI. She had the pleasure to know Geraldine in person.

In this photo,you can see her Grannie too as she is living with her many years. Geraldine is an Orphan, she has no mother and father either. May God continue to bless Rachael.

SOSAEC HAITI had an event with youths in a church in Palmiste A Vin.

COMMUNITY TO COMMUNITY

The Bouda Chita SOSAEC  HAITI's Team left his community and went to another community known on the name of Trouin in order to meeting with other youths for a "Relaxing Time". We played volley ball, chairs games,soccer together etc.

GAMES

The Day before yesterday, we spent more than 3 hours with the children and youths in Bouda Chita with Laura Van Dessel to enjoyed together,playing several games!

WALK UP THE MOUNTAIN

This is a walk we had with YOUTHS and CHILDREN up a mountain from Bouda Chita to Trouin area. So much fun. we left Bouda Chita at 8 am and back in Bouda Chita at 6 pm.

 

MEETING IN CARREFOUR AREA

This afternoon,around 3:30 pm, we had a meeting with some of the SOSAEC Members in Carrefour area about starting a Spanish Lesson for three months in Carrefour. And we also discussed on a possibility to start a SOSAEC HAITI Garden in Carrefour too. Laura Van Dessel was the one leading the meeting today. Ps: The Spanish lesson will be start the next monday around 3 pm.

GARDEN

The community of BOUDA CHITA is working on a plan this week to have more land for the SOSAEC HAITI Garden but we already have 10.000 square meters. They are also working on how to take care of the garden, watering etc. they will meet with other farmers for advices too. So, Friday Morning, we will visit the areas for the garden and hear from the farmers too.

Today,we had a meeting with several youths in Bouda Chita about  seeds we received from Fire Missions in order to see how to start the garden in the community and advices from other farmers  there for a good start.

SOSAEC VOCATIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL

Friday Afternoon, we started with a Spanish Lesson in Bouda Chita. The Teacher is Laura Van Dessel, she comes from Belgium.

BLESSINGS

Many thanks to the Fire Missions. Yesterday, we received 2 boxes contained seeds like: Carrots (plants) etc. and the other box has a clothes and vitamins for an orphan in Haiti.

Before the last day in Les Cayes-Maniche, we went up the mountains with the Team to visit etc.

We did our last clothes distribution in Les Cayes-Maniche,the past sunday. We distributed clothes to children,youths, adults and babies.Many thanks again to our Canadian friend (Edwin) for providing these barrels.

The SOSAEC Team arrived in Les Cayes-Maniche,Saturday night and Sunday morning, we leaded a Worship and Praise at a small church there in Maniche-Sunday morning and one member of the Team as Preacher (SIster Marie Louise) for the day. Thank you Lord for using us.
